Overview

Lautmans’ Gym is conveniently located in the heart of SOMA and the Financial District at 530 Howard Street, Suite 450 San Francisco, CA 94105.  Our building has a secure, gated entrance providing safety for our clients. We provide individual and small group personal training and we also offer classes. Trainers and their clients have 24/7 access to the facility.

Our equipment is geared toward maximizing movement, targeting the entire body, reducing injury, and diversity of workout. There are two bathrooms on our floor including a shower in one bathroom plus additional bathrooms/showers on other floors. The kitchenette contains a small refrigerator, sink, and microwave.
